Three technology universities have been launched in Menofia, Beni Suef, and New Cairo

Egypt is currently building five technology universities as part of its plans to advance technical education and support application technology, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Sunday, citing the country’s minister of planning and economic development Hala El-Saaed as saying.

The new academic year have witnessed the launch of three application technology schools in Cairo and Menoufia, El-Saaed added.

Seven other schools have been completed in Cairo and Sharkia, she revealed.

In addition, three technology universities have been launched in Menofia, Beni Suef, and New Cairo in line with the government’s efforts towards technology development with the aim of increasing the number of technology incubators to 13 by the end of the year 2021/2022.
